Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve the agent runtime (harness/agent loop) for customer-service agents, orchestrating skills, tools, and context with guardrails and intervention.
  • •Engineer long multi-turn agent context & memory, including structured note-taking, context compaction/summarization, context editing/observation masking, and retrieve-then-load retrieval.
  • •Post-train and fine-tune LLMs (SFT/DPO/RL) and build the data flywheel turning served conversations into training/eval/retrieval signals.
  • •Design and integrate tools, Skills, and MCP connectors (tools-as-APIs), including skill/tool search for large inventories.
  • •Build evaluation systems using LLM-as-judge with calibration and create self-evolving loop components (replay, user simulator, Auto-RCA/Auto-GSB/Auto-Policy) while shipping end-to-end surfaces to production.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/AI/Math or a quantitative field.
  • •Strong Python experience plus one of C++/Go/Rust/Java.
  • •Solid ML/DL/NLP fundamentals with hands-on experience with LLMs or agents (coursework, research, internship, competition, open-source, or a serious project).
  • •Ability to read a paper or engineering blog and turn it into working code.
  • •Commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year and clearly state availability and graduation date in the resume.
