Lead the field marketing strategy and drive face-to-face lead generation across multiple regions, partnering with in-store promoter teams to grow brand awareness and customer engagement. Hire, train, coach, and mentor promoters and support staff, run weekly performance reviews, and oversee event/store execution. Research and execute targeted regional marketing plans, forecast KPIs and budgets, collaborate across departments, and travel to Costco and event locations to ensure roadshow requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead field marketing strategy and execute face-to-face lead generation to grow brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple regions.
•Manage hiring, training, coaching, and development of promoters and maintain promoter pipeline.
•Oversee event and store marketing execution, including researching targeted regional opportunities and innovating engagement concepts.
•Forecast and report KPIs, budgets, and staffing requirements, and analyze conversion rates to improve results.
•Provide leadership and training to ensure goals and expectations are met for Costco and retail shows/events, traveling to event locations as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
•2+ years of demonstrated management or leadership experience.
•Experience leading face-to-face marketing (preferred).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize while meeting deadlines and benchmarks with little supervision.
