  • •Design how work evolves in an AI-enabled organization by partnering with leaders to rethink roles, workflows, team structures, and operating models.
  • •Build scalable workforce frameworks, including job architecture and career frameworks, to guide how teams and capabilities should evolve.
  • •Strengthen leadership and manager capability by partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to design leadership frameworks and manager development programs.
  • •Translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps with implementation plans, governance, success measures, and approaches for sustainable adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience leading organizational transformation, organizational design, workforce design, strategy, or related work (in-house or management consulting).
  • •Deep understanding of organizational design and operating models, translating business strategy into practical organizational solutions.
  • •Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy/design through implementation.
  • •Experience designing scalable leadership, manager, or organizational capability programs across an organization.
