•AI-Augmented Intelligence: architect and deploy agent-assisted intelligence systems that surface automated root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations across silos
•Infrastructure Evolution: co-evolve the data stack and define semantic layer and data contracts to enable agent-ready infrastructure
•Unlock Audio Intelligence: leverage Deepgram's Voice AI models to structure thousands of hours of internal calls into queryable insights
•Strategic Leadership: partner with the CEO and Board to define the source of truth for usage-based revenue models and guide pricing, packaging, and capital allocation
•Team Building: recruit and lead a lean, elite team of AI-native engineers and drive a culture of automation over repetitive SQL tasks

•A founder's mindset: comfortable with work-in-progress infrastructure and delivering high-value insights today
•Deep experience with usage-based SaaS metrics: consumption patterns, gross margin per million tokens/hours, and NRR
