Key Responsibilities

  • •Run extrusion and press-related operations in accordance with customer specifications, manufacturing specifications, and standard operating procedures.
  • •Organize, record, and ensure proper storage of resin; adjust machine specifications, pressures, and equipment for each job.
  • •Prepare inks/substrates/plates/cylinders/gears for scheduled press jobs and assist/operate as needed.
  • •Complete daily paperwork, 5S/housekeeping logs, and comply with 5S and WCM initiatives.
  • •Work with and direct extrusion assistants and team members to minimize job change-over and down time; remove and identify scrap before rolls move to WIP area.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).
  • •Knowledgeable and able to understand a computer and program.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Good organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • •Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and stand/walk for 12-hour shifts while performing frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and twisting.
