Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client engagements as a day-to-day trusted advisor and confidently engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
  • •Frame complex problems, guide decision-making, and run high-impact workshops to turn ambiguity into momentum.
  • •Develop AI-enabled digital transformation roadmaps and reimagine products, services, and operating models using design thinking.
  • •Shape buildable strategies and validate concepts through prototypes, backlog refinement, delivery trade-offs, and go-live realities.
  • •Contribute to practice growth in India, mentor team members, and support sales and presales through discovery, proposal shaping, and pitches.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12+ years’ experience in digital strategy, technology-led change, experience design, or digital transformation.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading client engagements and multi-disciplinary teams, with exposure to senior stakeholder conversations (including C-suite).
  • •Proven exposure to technology-enabled solutions from discovery through build and launch.
  • •Strong design thinking, facilitation, and workshop leadership skills (discovery, visioning, prioritisation, co-creation).
  • •Comfort translating ambiguous challenges into clear strategies, roadmaps, and executive-ready narratives.
