Job Summary

Lead and develop a procurement/supplier management team supporting Boeing Commercial Airplanes in-service supply chain activities in Everett, Washington. Drive high-visibility projects and integrated plans, resolve complex commercial and technical issues, and negotiate product support and warranty/spares agreements. Partner across programs, customer support, engineering, warranty, and Boeing Global Services to improve customer satisfaction and supplier performance, and prepare executive-level presentations and reviews.

•Lead a supply chain team supporting BCA Supply Chain, Fleet Chief Office, and in-service airline customers.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across programs, customer support, engineering, production supply chain, warranty, and Boeing Global Services.
•Resolve barriers and strengthen stakeholder trust by addressing complex commercial and technical issues.
•Manage and resolve contract disputes related to supplier obligations, including negotiating product support and assurance agreements and warranty/spares terms.
•Directly manage a team of Procurement Agents supporting in-service customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,400 - 150,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in supplier management, supply chain and/or procurement practices and processes.
•3+ years demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to influence senior leaders and lead high-stakes discussions.
•2+ years of experience in negotiations.
•At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader/temp manager/manager) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership.”
•Domestic and international travel on short notice.
