Key Responsibilities

•Assist with organizing special events and special food promotions.
•Participate in drafting concept ideas and menus for all special events and functions while encouraging staff to contribute ideas.
•Supervise kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items according to hotel standards and menu guidelines.
•Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and recommend adjustments to kitchen operations based on trends and suppliers.
•Ensure HACCP implementation and maintain hygienic kitchen practices.

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a culinary team in a fast-paced environment
•Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and presentation standards
•Experience in menu development, concept ideas, and special events/promotions
•Familiarity with HACCP and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards
•Ability to manage budgets, monitor costs, and oversee staff training and performance evaluations
