Key Responsibilities

•Own top-of-funnel sourcing from role calibration and search strategy through prospecting, outreach, and handoff of qualified candidates to recruiters.
•Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on intake and calibration to understand must-haves, target profiles, and leveling, translating them into targeted search strategies.
•Build and engage active/passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/x-ray search, outbound campaigns, referrals, professional communities, and rediscovery.
•Deliver diverse, representative, high-signal slates and a best-in-class candidate experience with clear expectations, timely communication, and warm handoffs.
•Track and report funnel metrics (pipeline health, response/conversion rates, slate quality) and refine search strategy; document search strings and playbooks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

•2+ years sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager through Director+).
•Deep hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/x-ray search, and CRM/sourcing tools, with experience engaging and converting passive candidates.
•Experience building high-signal, diverse pipelines across business functions, from individual contributors through people managers.
•Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude) and hands-on experience with Ashby or similar tools for pipeline management and data-driven insights.
