•Provide design leadership and set the architectural direction across complex nuclear sector projects, ensuring Safe Design principles are embedded throughout all stages.
•Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary architectural team, ensuring high-quality, coordinated design documentation and adoption of digital workflows to improve productivity.
•Organise and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, and contribute to Technical Excellence and CPD initiatives.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships, engage with contractors and government bodies, and support bid development and thought leadership.
•Demonstrate risk-aware decision making and stakeholder negotiation to deliver safe, innovative, compliant architectural solutions within regulated environments.

•Essential: Full ARB registration as an Architect; degree or professional qualification in Architecture from an accredited institution.
