Job Summary

Lead and oversee Commercial Services teams supporting assigned commercial verticals and portfolios. Use deep knowledge of Commercial products to ensure consistent execution of customer-facing activities, documentation, and servicing needs. Own risk management and controls, partner with Sales and business leaders to improve customer experience, and drive process improvements and strategic projects through data-driven performance management and colleague leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership, oversight, and day-to-day management of team performance using reporting and knowledge of Commercial products and verticals.
•Serve as backup to a senior Services manager and support resource planning, project management, training, and documentation for the group.
•Manage risk by identifying and acting to mitigate losses and reputation risk, with oversight of controls, policies, and procedures.
•Partner with Sales and business leaders to enhance customer experience and deal team execution, including maintaining relationships with business partners, customers, and third parties.
•Drive team performance and productivity using data-driven analysis and lead strategic projects representing customer and colleague voice.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 93,000 - 189,000 annually
