  • •Develop and execute the Individual Life Division’s financial and strategic plans in partnership with division, actuarial, and enterprise leaders.
  • •Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis to drive profitable growth and capital efficiency.
  • •Oversee actuarial valuation and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance and delivering executive and Board-level reporting.
  • •Oversee Individual Life product pricing and pricing governance, partnering across the organization on solutions balancing customer value, profitability, and growth.
  • •Lead and modernize the actuarial organization by building high-performing teams and transforming actuarial processes, tools, and capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of life insurance actuarial experience with significant leadership responsibility, including experience leading teams of 10+ professionals.
  • •FSA credential required with deep expertise in life insurance products, valuation, pricing, and financial management.
  • •A strategic executive who can balance technical actuarial excellence with business acumen and commercial decision-making.
  • •Proven people leadership track record developing large, high-performing actuarial teams.
  • •Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%.
