Job Summary

Drive commercial excellence and profitable growth across the division as part of the Local Solutions Leadership Team. Lead development and execution of short- and long-term sales strategy, standardize commercial processes, and strengthen customer relationships. Manage sales performance against annual revenue and EBITDA targets, use Salesforce to improve pipeline visibility and data-driven decisions, and oversee financial discipline through forecasting, pricing, and cash-flow components.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies to drive revenue, margin expansion, and profitability.
•Lead division commercial performance by meeting or exceeding annual sales and EBITDA targets and monitoring key performance drivers across strategic markets.
•Implement consistent sales processes, pipeline management, and performance tools using Salesforce and other technologies to improve decision making.
•Oversee financial and operational discipline including IPG terms and conditions, accounts receivable, forecasting, pricing decisions, and auditing NSP bidding processes.
•Build and develop a strong commercial organization, including inside and outside sales teams, with training, coaching, and accountability culture.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive managerial experience in the pipe, precast, or related construction materials industry.

•Deep knowledge of the sales process, sales cycle management, and commercial execution practices.
•Proficiency with Salesforce and ability to deploy technology to enhance sales productivity and performance.
