Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day people leadership and operations of a quality control assessment team.
  • •Understand and disseminate Enterprise Control Standard requirements across business areas.
  • •Oversee the quality control process, methodology, and performance metrics.
  • •Participate in Well Managed and tester training programs, including developing and evolving Card program training for compliance.
  • •Engage stakeholders through Card and divisional activities to drive cross-functional opportunities and improved risk management environment.

  • •At least 3 years of Risk Management, Process Management, or Project Management experience in Risk.
