Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day operations in accordance with SOPs, holding associates accountable to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • •Plan and coordinate shift activities to ensure DC procedures are followed and outbound activities meet efficiency, accuracy, and quality requirements.
  • •Ensure training, skill development, and assessment for shift personnel per company guidelines.
  • •Monitor production and personnel statistics and reporting; reinforce policy and procedure compliance.
  • •Participate in recruiting, conduct performance reviews, and implement performance improvement plans and corrective actions as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, business, operations, or a related field, or 2 years of demonstrated managerial experience leading teams.
  • •Prior warehouse, 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for daily operational issues.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to maintain a positive, fast-paced leadership style while multi-tasking, coaching, and mentoring teams.
