Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead organization-wide teams to create GenAI-based models and digital products.
  • •Develop monitoring metrics for real-world model performance and recommend future directions for models and solutions.
  • •Manage relationships with senior business partners to evaluate and foster data-driven innovation and provide domain expertise across initiatives.
  • •Work with development teams and business units to ensure models are scalable and implemented as part of delivered solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD related to AI with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree related to AI with 10+ years of experience.
  • •Experience involving Generative AI and related technologies including machine learning, data analytics, and statistical modeling.
  • •Experience with large language models, multi-modal models, prompt engineering, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and search engines.
  • •Familiarity with tools such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Prompt Flow, Python, LangChain, Streamlit, and Docker.
  • •Comfortably represent the team with multiple stakeholders and drive discussions clearly and respectfully; mastery of English required.
