Junior accountant within Global Shared Services (Buenos Aires) supporting Record to Report, fixed asset and intercompany processes. •Prepare routine journal entries in accordance with schedules, accounting policies, and supporting documentation.
•Perform intercompany transactions and eliminations and reconcile intercompany balances.
•Perform corporate and overhead allocations, post allocation entries, and reconcile allocated balances.
•Set up asset master data by validating project details and recording required classifications and attributes.
•Perform capitalization of assets by reviewing supporting documentation and applying capitalization policies.

Key Requirements

•Advanced student or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•0-2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Shared Services operations (internships or trainee roles included).
•Initial experience or exposure to journal entries, reconciliations, or close activities is desirable.
•Experience with fixed asset accounting preferred.
•Experience in multi entity or shared services environments is a plus.
