Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive programmatic revenue growth by building programmatic data sources across the global NYT portfolio.
  • •Work with SSP partners and reporting platform vendors to ensure programmatic data accuracy and completeness.
  • •Provide weekly programmatic revenue tracking, insights, and ongoing performance reporting to Advertising and Product leadership.
  • •Test and deploy programmatic technology solutions by evaluating header bidding, price rules, and deal capabilities.
  • •Manage daily programmatic platform operations, including rule/deal optimizations, ad quality enforcement, and troubleshooting; oversee end-of-month global magazine reconciliation with Finance partners.

Key Requirements

  • •B.A. or B.S. in a quantitative or technical field (math, engineering, statistics, finance, economics).
  • •3+ years’ experience with ad tech-based programmatic advertising platforms or publisher-side.
  • •3+ years of experience in programmatic yield management.
  • •Experience running reporting in SSP platforms such as Magnite, Index Exchange, Google ADX, Triplelift and others.
  • •High proficiency in Excel (advanced macros) and experience using reporting/data visualization tools such as Google Ad Manager, AdsWizz, Salesforce, Tableau, DoubleVerify, or Google Data Studio.
