Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a communication bridge across sellers, business development teams, seller account managers, logistics service excellence teams, and internal operations teams to troubleshoot local logistics issues.
  • •Create and send a weekly logistics forecast to main carriers using internal tools to query orders, track status, and handle fluctuations and exceptions.
  • •Assist in compiling and delivering daily 4PL operational reports and monitor core KPIs.
  • •Identify data anomalies and abnormal trends, issue risk alerts, and perform preliminary root-cause analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • •Coordinate with e-commerce, warehouses, LSE, product teams, and operations teams to support accurate solutions for last-mile carriers.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; available for a full-time internship for at least 12 weeks.
  • •Able to work onsite 5 days per week with core team members.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, including Excel skills such as pivot tables and LOOKUP / INDEX / MATCH (or equivalent).
  • •Strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and respond to issues clearly and timely.
  • •Comfort working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow issues through to closure.
