Key Responsibilities

•Act as a communication bridge across sellers, business development teams, seller account managers, logistics service excellence teams, and internal operations teams to troubleshoot local logistics issues.
•Create and send a weekly logistics forecast to main carriers using internal tools to query orders, track status, and handle fluctuations and exceptions.
•Assist in compiling and delivering daily 4PL operational reports and monitor core KPIs.
•Identify data anomalies and abnormal trends, issue risk alerts, and perform preliminary root-cause analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
•Coordinate with e-commerce, warehouses, LSE, product teams, and operations teams to support accurate solutions for last-mile carriers.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; available for a full-time internship for at least 12 weeks.
•Able to work onsite 5 days per week with core team members.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, including Excel skills such as pivot tables and LOOKUP / INDEX / MATCH (or equivalent).
•Strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and respond to issues clearly and timely.
•Comfort working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow issues through to closure.
