•P&L Ownership: Manage global and site financial performance and key KPIs for the Pune operation.
•Customer: Build strong customer relationships to facilitate growth and satisfaction.
•Engineering & Operations: Lead applications and product execution teams to win orders, meet customer requirements, support operations and drive business metrics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree
•15+ years of commercial and manufacturing experience with leadership and management roles of increasing responsibility.
