Drive growth for Grocery Key Accounts by leading a segment strategy, managing ultra-critical partners, and coaching a team of Account Managers. Coordinate cross-functional support across Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance while representing the organization in leadership forums and influencing the product roadmap based on market feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coach a team of Account Managers, set performance targets, run performance reviews, and uphold “5-star” account management standards.
•Directly manage the segment’s most critical partner accounts and negotiate complex agreements.
•Define the long-term strategy for the Specialist segment, identifying market opportunities and driving renewal and upsell strategies.
•Improve team processes for operational efficiency and coordinate cross-functional support (Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance).
•Represent the organization in leadership instances and influence the product roadmap based on field feedback and market needs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in commercial functions, partnership management, or key account management.
•Proven experience managing complex, strategic brand portfolios.
•Successful experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
•Strong knowledge of F&B, Retail, FMCG, or Marketplace sectors (preferred).
•Excellent understanding of financial drivers (P&L) and ability to run structured data analyses.
