Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute monthly accounting close activities and deliverables in NetSuite, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting in compliance with ASC 606.
  • •Perform ongoing contract review of closed deals and ensure revenue inputs are appropriate for revenue recognition under ASC 606.
  • •Draft and maintain technical accounting memos supporting judgmental revenue recognition positions, ensuring they are well-documented and audit-ready.
  • •Prepare revenue-related system reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely resolution.
  • •Support SOX walkthroughs and assist with design, integration, and testing of automated solutions and revenue system enhancements (including NetSuite ARM).
