Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine methods to collect, compile, and analyze project and site data from drawings, surveys, and reports for design and construction.
  • •Perform plumbing engineering work, including research, inspections, and installation of plumbing, fire protection/suppression, and fluid flow systems to meet applicable rules, standards, and permits.
  • •Develop construction and installation plans, specifications, cost estimates, safety/phasing plans, and infrastructure layout plans while coordinating across disciplines and stakeholders.
  • •Apply advanced modeling, load calculations, and operating strategies to ensure proper equipment/system installation and future-ready design standards.
  • •Prepare technical reports and visualizations, maintain QA/QC and quality control procedures, and provide guidance/training to junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering (or closely related discipline).
  • •9+ years of relevant post-education engineering experience, including plumbing and mechanical design.
  • •Professional Engineering License.
  • •Proficiency in plumbing and mechanical engineering principles, design/build processes, and applying them to project issues.
  • •Experience with building and infrastructure planning, design, construction management, and knowledge of applicable plumbing/mechanical codes and regulations.
