Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and configure SDLC tooling, including repositories, pipelines, permission models, workflow schemes, templates, and configuration standards.
  • •Integrate and maintain end-to-end SDLC toolchain connectivity across Jira, Bitbucket, CI/build systems, SonarQube/BlackDuck, and Artifactory.
  • •Provide operational support and incident management: monitor health and performance, perform maintenance and upgrades, and manage backups and restores.
  • •Enable global engineering users through troubleshooting, log-based diagnostics, best-practice guidance, documentation, and onboarding materials.
  • •Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines and build performance; support upgrades, patches, rollback paths, and tool migrations while validating data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience operating and configuring SDLC tools including Jira, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
  • •Expertise in CI/CD principles, build systems, and DevOps ways of working.
  • •Experience diagnosing issues across toolchains and integrations, including cross-tool or cross-pipeline failures.
  • •Knowledge of identity systems such as SSO, LDAP, and Azure AD, including least-privilege and audit compliance.
  • •Exposure to scripting for automation using Python or Bash (or similar).
