Job Summary

Join Mistral’s Offensive Security team to run an offensive solution on real client engagements—from scoping and executing tooling to delivering actionable findings. You’ll triage results and advise clients on deployment and remediation, while also pentesting Mistral’s own systems and open-source targets. Help steer a “cyber harness” with offensive expertise, validate and benchmark human versus agent performance, and contribute to AI-powered offensive security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Run the offensive security solution on real client engagements, including scoping, executing tooling, and delivering results.
•Triaging outputs to eliminate false positives and ensure findings are high-quality and actionable.
•Advise clients through deployment and remediation as a trusted security partner.
•Pentest Mistral’s own systems and hunt for vulnerabilities internally and on open-source/in-the-wild targets between engagements.
•Steer and validate the cyber harness, benchmarking human versus agent performance and contributing to AI-powered offensive security capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Current P0 specialty in web/AppSec with source-code review, plus experience with internal/Active Directory and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
•Be senior enough to run an engagement solo from scoping to delivery.
•Use AI in your workflow with an understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
•Be comfortable being client-facing and switching between different engagements.
•Demonstrate a proven track record delivering high-quality penetration testing results with strong attention to detail.
