Job Summary

Build and enhance secure, scalable, user-centred CRM solutions as part of SEB’s Customer Overview and Digital Enablers Tribe. Work with an agile CRM team across the Baltic countries to define requirements and estimates, integrate systems, and ensure smooth deployments. Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents, and support continuous improvement to deliver reliable services for SEB employees and customers.
