Job Summary

Oversee U.S. GAAP accounting matters, manage the SOX program and ICOFR compliance, and act as a subject-matter expert on complex topics (CECL, revenue recognition, fair value, consolidation, transfers and servicing). Collaborate with internal/external audit, control owners, and executives to drive SOX testing, remediation, and adoption of new accounting standards in a public-company environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Company’s SOX program, including annual risk assessments, scoping, process mapping, and control design evaluations.
•Communicate directly with internal audit, external audit, management and control owners
•Serve as the liaison between executives and Internal Audit for SOX related matters
•Manage quarterly and annual SOX testing cycles, partner with control owners to identify gaps, and track remediation plans.
•Execute the first line of defense program for Shared Services in accordance with Company policy

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
•5+ years at Big 4 firm in Audit practice
•3+ years public company experience (SEC registrants)
•CPA preferred
