Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the store team and ensure daily operations run smoothly, including visual merchandising, stock management, cash handling, and store opening/closing duties.
  • •Transmit brand stories and product knowledge to customers, while delivering tailored solutions and creating WOW experiences.
  • •Plan and conduct in-store training using structured feedback and coaching to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • •Proactively identify improvement opportunities in store processes, merchandising, and customer interactions, and implement changes.
  • •Collaborate with store leadership and global retail teams to align on brand standards, events, and promotions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/training role
