Key Responsibilities

•Manage and ensure execution of new system developments, including requirements finalization, UAT, and defect resolution.
•Commercialize new systems to ensure ROI targets are met.
•Identify and translate market opportunities into requirements for new products and product enhancements.
•Manage system-based projects for GTS and ensure smooth rollout of enhancements and other changes per group mandates.
•Deploy local/global changes to HIE and HTS after assessing compliance with local regulations.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on knowledge of Global Trade Solutions (GTS) products and their construct.
•Must have hands-on experience on HIE (HSBC Import–Export) and HTS (HSBC Trade Solutions).
•Project management experience for system developments and rollouts.
•Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively across functions and at all levels.
•Minimum graduation (or as required for the role, whichever is higher).
