•Process incoming and outgoing documentary collections (issue/acceptance/payment).
•Issue, amend, and adjust letters of credit and advise documents/payments in accordance with processing standards.
•Examine documents for compliance with letter of credit terms and UCP; notify relevant parties of discrepancies.
•Handle payments and acceptances, including wire requests and accounting entries in Banktrade; manage FX rates for foreign denominated letters of credit.
•Monitor renewals/non-renewals, generate commissions, and perform manual OFAC review to ensure transaction parties/vessels are not on the SDN list.
