GRC Manager

Own and modernize Mattermost’s governance, risk, and compliance programs across federal and commercial markets. Lead readiness, certification, and surveillance cycles, run the risk management program end to end, and manage third-party/vendor risk. Replace manual evidence collection with GRC engineering, automation, and continuous controls monitoring, and build AI-native workflows to accelerate compliance work. Coordinate with engineering, IT, auditors, and customers, and grow the GRC team as the program scales.
