Job Summary

Lead procurement operations for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Interiors, overseeing Procurement Agents who develop bid packages and conduct proposal analysis. Drive the planning, negotiation, execution, and administration of new and follow-on supplier contracts, including cost recoveries and assertions. Own vendor and supplier strategy, guide operational plans and process improvements, and manage/mentor direct reports while collaborating with suppliers, stakeholders, and program teams. 100% onsite in Everett, Washington.

•Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
•Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes, including negotiation processes; manage and motivate employees.

•5+ years managing vendors and/or working with supply chain processes or systems.

•At least 1 year in a leadership role (team leader/temp manager/formal manager or large-scale cross-functional project/program management) or completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
