Provide industry-leading service to retail clients in person and by phone while building and expanding existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to recommend financial solutions and support cross-sell through referrals to internal specialists. Be cross-trained for teller duties as needed, help meet individual and branch sales targets, and stay current on product knowledge, training, internal controls, and risk management requirements.
