Key Responsibilities

  • •Support FAB/LAB organizations by maintaining, initiating, and implementing technical improvements, driving change via the Lean transformation roadmap.
  • •Maintain and validate procedures and blueprints/sequences on the shop floor to meet safety and quality requirements and applicable standards.
  • •Contribute to improvement projects using technical knowledge and experience.
  • •Define required production tool quantities, secure tool availability, initiate upgrades, support maintenance actions, and solve safety issues.
  • •Optimize production processes by tracking and solving issues and analyzing the pilot factory to identify bottlenecks and structural problems, then initiate improvement implementations with cross-functional partners.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • •0–5 years of experience in a production environment.
