Data Analyst - Demand and Capacity Planning

Build and maintain demand forecasts and capacity models to support planning across multiple horizons and aggregation levels. Analyze forecast accuracy, simulate capacity for hub-and-spoke sites, and coordinate with raw material, scheduling, commercial, finance, and operations teams to balance production, inventory, and capacity constraints. Provide data-driven insights and reports for sales and operations planning meetings, maintain the demand planning process, and proactively recommend actions to improve planning efficiency.
