Lead and mentor a manufacturing engineering team responsible for developing and scaling production for defense hardware across static, moving, and complex vehicle systems. Own design-for-manufacturing, tooling, process creation, and vendor coordination from prototyping to full-scale production. Drive cost reductions, quality improvements, and capacity planning while collaborating with design, supply chain, and manufacturing planning teams; travel to suppliers as needed.
