Job Summary

Own regional strategy and governance for TikTok LIVE creator management across the MENAT region. Build onboarding, education, and training materials for creators and local teams, and analyze weekly/monthly creator performance to surface trends, gaps, and recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creator growth frameworks and operational best practices, provide ecosystem insights, and escalate systemic issues to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and implementation of regional creator-management strategies, standards, and governance frameworks across the MENA region.
•Develop onboarding, education, and training materials for creators and local teams covering TikTok LIVE products, features, policies, and best practices.
•Analyze regional creator performance data weekly and monthly to identify trends and gaps and provide recommendations to regional leadership and local teams.
•Support local teams in designing creator growth frameworks, content-category strategies, and engagement methodologies to improve regional platform performance.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams on creator initiatives and campaign playbooks, provide ecosystem trend insights, and escalate systemic product, policy, or operational issues to internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture.
•Experience in the live-streaming industry and understanding of the latest live-streaming trends.
•Experience in regional strategy, business operations, governance, analytics, partner enablement, or cross-functional programme management within a technology/media/entertainment/social media/creator-economy business.
