Job Summary

Build and implement Developer Intelligence systems that increase engineering velocity across the SDLC. You’ll work on engineering telemetry collection, observability instrumentation, and AI-assisted workflows to automate developer work, improve testing frameworks, and support production troubleshooting. Partner with stakeholders on design reviews, resolve operational bottlenecks, and mentor peers while delivering durable, high-quality platform capabilities for AI-enabled software development.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and implement Developer Intelligence solutions focused on engineering telemetry collection, observability instrumentation, and AI-assisted tooling.
•Analyze developer workflows and SDLC feedback loops to design testable, maintainable software components that address architectural gaps.
•Build and maintain subsystems that collect, correlate, and operationalize data from CI/CD pipelines, source control, testing infrastructure, and developer workflows.
•Write high-quality, performant code integrating AI tools into engineering workflows, including automated code reviews, software validation, and incident triaging.
•Mentor peers, provide code reviews, help train newer team members, and actively resolve operational bottlenecks through automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,000 - 196,100 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex technical components autonomously.
•Proficiency in Go and professional experience with Python.
•Experience with data pipelines, engineering telemetry, and large-scale observability (logs, metrics, traces) or developer metrics frameworks.
•Experience embedding AI models, LLM APIs, or automated orchestration tools into software pipelines or triaging workflows.
