Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop mission autonomy products that support operation of Group 5 autonomous air vehicles.
  • •Drive end-to-end product development from initial requirements through fielding.
  • •Define product roadmaps and timelines, guide cross-functional product decisions, and manage engineering risk.
  • •Develop autonomy behavior and supporting product requirements, collaborating with engineering teams to implement them.
  • •Plan, execute, and analyze mission autonomy tests in simulated environments to validate performance and iterate autonomy behaviors.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Operational experience as a Pilot or CSO/NFO of USAF, USN, USMC 4th or 5th generation fighter/bomber aircraft or RPAs.
  • •Experience leading system design and development from initial concept through delivery to customers.
  • •Ability to interpret test data, diagnose system behaviors, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication plus attention to detail, with a mission-oriented, high-ownership mindset.
  • •Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones, and ability to leverage operational experience to make decisions and engineering trades when requirements are unclear.
