Key Responsibilities

  • •Extract and archive historical employee records, tax filings, payroll summaries, and signed legal agreements from ADP’s read-only database.
  • •Map, upload, and structure data accurately within Rippling and designated Google Drive directories.
  • •Perform quality control and data auditing to ensure total record integrity and compliance across systems.
  • •Handle sensitive PII and PHI with strict confidentiality.
  • •Track migration progress and deliver clear status updates to Payroll and HR leadership.

Salary: USD 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of HR operations, administrative, or data coordination experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with ADP and Rippling (HRIS and payroll data migration strongly preferred).
  • •Expertise in data auditing, file management systems, and Google Workspace administration.
  • •Strong understanding of HR record retention compliance, PHI privacy standards, and PII confidentiality protocols.
  • •Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet tight project deadlines in a 100% remote environment.
