Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma minimum; post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is an asset.
  • •3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or professional services, preferably in engineering, consulting, architecture, construction, or municipal infrastructure.
  • •Experience supporting project budgets, schedules, proposals, client deliverables, and project documentation.
  • •Strong understanding of project lifecycle processes and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
