Job Summary

Design, script, test, and implement robotics process and desktop automations of moderate complexity. Build test plans and test cases, define automation data needs across systems, and coordinate test data. Execute performance testing to confirm expected automation performance. Investigate and resolve technical problems with clients and technical staff, and document automation capabilities and operating procedures while supporting feasibility assessments for new automation opportunities.
