Manager - Finance (Shared Services)

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closes within the R2R framework, owning management accounts, variance analysis, KPI/SLAs, and balance sheet governance. Drive end-to-end finance transformation across Record-to-Report (R2R) and VAT, standardizing, simplifying, and automating processes with Lean/Six Sigma and solutions such as RPA, AI, and analytics. Act as liaison across Shared Services and Corporate Finance, leading change management and audit readiness.
