Job Summary

Premier Elite Relationship Manager will acquire, develop and retain non-resident Premier Elite clients, drive KPI-driven profit growth, strengthen client loyalty through collaboration with internal partners, mobilize resources to deliver best-in-class service, and ensure adherence to local and global compliance within HSBC’s RBW Hong Kong unit.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Acquire, develop and retain new Non-Resident Premier Elite Clients via outreach activities & referral sources and help clients articulate their needs to deliver to exceed client expectations on a personal and professional level
•Achieve agreed key performance indicator objectives and profit growth through the development of HSBC Premier Elite client relationships
•Increase client loyalty by meeting their needs either directly or through effective and proactive collaboration with other internal business partners
•Mobilise the resource to provide best in class service to HSBC Premier Elite clients
•Understand and adhere to local and global compliance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
•Proven track record in client portfolio management; Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products as well as external regulatory framework relevant to wealth management
•Strong clients focus and ability to develop long term partnerships with clients; Ability to deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills
•Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
•Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
