Job Summary

Provide onsite and remote Tier 1/2 incident resolution and end-user IT support for desktop hardware, software, and applications supporting the USCENTCOM CITS program. Manage and maintain groups of client computers, perform hands-on O&M, and handle desktop load set configuration issues. Coordinate ADPE equipment accountability across the lifecycle, including replacement and disposition processes, while supporting operational 24/7 needs when required.

•Maintain an Active TS/SCI clearance and meet Top Secret/SCI clearance requirements.
•Provide certification and support for desktop load set configurations, incident resolution, and integration-related troubleshooting as needed.
