Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and identify root causes of inventory accuracy issues, escalating gaps with the General Manager
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supplies management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Collaborate with reporting, budgeting, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to maximize performance across the store

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operations environment (customer service or store operations)
  • •Ability to move, lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds and to stand/walk for an entire shift
  • •Willingness to work weekends and holidays and perform schedule of approximately 30 hours per week (4-5 days)
  • •Strong customer service orientation with a track record of achieving results and working both independently and as part of a team
  • •Ability to move around all store areas, maintain inventory and visual standards, and support inventory management, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and floor sets
