Key Responsibilities

•Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions.
•Perform routine health assessments, preventive screenings, and wellness examinations.
•Develop individualized management plans for chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular conditions).
•Promote disease prevention through vaccination programs, health education, and lifestyle counseling; conduct minor procedures within clinical privileges.
•Interpret laboratory, radiology, and diagnostic investigations; maintain accurate medical documentation; coordinate care with specialists and allied/community healthcare providers.

Key Requirements

•Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
•Completion of a recognized residency training program in Family Medicine.
•Specialist qualification recognized by the Department of Health (DOH), Abu Dhabi.
•Eligibility for or possession of a valid DOH License as Specialist Family Medicine.
•Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in family medicine or primary healthcare settings.
