Lead a world-class sales team focused on Data Foundation solutions, owning revenue for MuleSoft and Informatica with Salesforce Data Cloud. You’ll recruit, coach, and enable Account Executives, design scalable pipeline programs, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive enterprise AI data initiatives at scale across large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach & develop a team of Account Executives; hire, onboard, train, and develop the group.
•Drive revenue and quota attainment for both MuleSoft and Informatica; define account plans to hit individual, team, and organizational quotas.
•Build pipeline at scale by designing and executing industry-specific pipeline programs.
•Orchestrate the ecosystem with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Alliances, Services, and HR to ensure the team has what it needs.
•Forecast and report on pipeline generation, pipeline quality, and revenue for executive leadership; drive process improvements for efficiency.

Salary: USD 146,160 - 206,050 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of sales leadership experience developing and leading a team of seven or more quota-carrying Account Executives; a bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
•Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams in complex, matrixed selling environments.
•Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills with CIOs/CTOs/C-suite stakeholders.
•Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Alliances, and Services to drive alignment and results.
•Curiosity about the evolving AI and agentic landscape and ability to connect data/integration strategy to AI outcomes.
