Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with the Houston service team to build relationships and enable honest feedback.
  • •Define problem statements, severity, timing, and needed fixes based on observed advocate and member impact.
  • •Make triage decisions (need-to-have vs nice-to-have vs backlog) and defend them with supervisors and managers.
  • •Run change management for the floor, including training, floor-level communications, quick-reference materials, and supervisor enablement.
  • •Develop feedback loops and KPI measurement to turn frontline signal into a prioritized roadmap and close the loop after each raised issue.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required.
  • •3–6 years of relevant experience in product operations, program management, product management, or operations in a technology-enabled environment.
  • •Experience supporting internal tools, operational software, or workflow products (e.g., contact center, clinical, logistics, claims, support, or field operations).
  • •Comfort saying no and triaging requests while maintaining credibility with supervisors and managers.
  • •Field-researcher mindset: able to spend time on the service floor and translate operational reality into product/technical requirements.
