Job Summary

Own end-to-end Total Rewards projects from intake and scoping through go-live and handoff, balancing rigor and judgment on complex, cross-functional work. Partner as a strategic thought partner to Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A pillar teams, building subject matter depth and improving PM infrastructure through playbooks, SOPs, templates, and scalable workflows. Drive alignment across People, Legal, Finance, and other partners while using AI tools to accelerate synthesis and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end project management for high-profile cyclical and transformational Total Rewards projects, from intake and scoping through go-live and handoff.
•Advise and embed with Total Rewards and People project teams, raising the quality bar and building PM capability across the extended team.
•Build subject matter expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A to advise pillar teams on program decisions.
•Create and continuously improve repeatable, scalable program-management infrastructure (intake frameworks, templates, SOPs, playbooks, and handoff checklists).
•Drive cross-functional alignment and independently tackle ambiguous program questions, identifying dependencies and surfacing/mitigating risks early.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience, including at least 3 years driving multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs end to end.
•Proven ability to build from scratch by creating processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure where none existed.
•Excellent written communication to produce executive updates, stakeholder decision memos, and practitioner playbooks.
•Strong stakeholder management with senior cross-functional partners, knowing when to push, align, or escalate.
•AI expertise for synthesis, drafting, analysis, and communications, plus analytical fluency to make evidence-based recommendations.
