Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end project management for high-profile cyclical and transformational Total Rewards projects, from intake and scoping through go-live and handoff.
  • •Advise and embed with Total Rewards and People project teams, raising the quality bar and building PM capability across the extended team.
  • •Build subject matter expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A to advise pillar teams on program decisions.
  • •Create and continuously improve repeatable, scalable program-management infrastructure (intake frameworks, templates, SOPs, playbooks, and handoff checklists).
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment and independently tackle ambiguous program questions, identifying dependencies and surfacing/mitigating risks early.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience, including at least 3 years driving multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs end to end.
  • •Proven ability to build from scratch by creating processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure where none existed.
  • •Excellent written communication to produce executive updates, stakeholder decision memos, and practitioner playbooks.
  • •Strong stakeholder management with senior cross-functional partners, knowing when to push, align, or escalate.
  • •AI expertise for synthesis, drafting, analysis, and communications, plus analytical fluency to make evidence-based recommendations.
